Pinner, London (September 16, 2017) – Sougtani is a restaurant local to Pinner in Harrow. The restaurant is known for the best Lebanese and Moroccan dishes. The great thing here is that these dishes are prepared in the restaurant by chefs with more than 40 years of experience.
The restaurant is open all through the week. On Monday to Saturday, they work from 12 hours to 23:30 hours. On Sundays, they work from 12 hours to 23:00 hours. They work almost round the clock to serve favorite and great-tasting traditional dishes.
The restaurant got its name from the Berber Tribe that was part of the great Atlas Mountains in Morocco. The warriors and scholars of this tribe used traditional cuisine to form great alliances with their nearby tribes. By doing so, they extended their control and influence over the entire southern region of the Atlas Mountains.
After the passing away of the head of this tribal population, his nephews have now carried forward the traditional dishes of Sougtani tribe to the future generation of the community through this restaurant.
